1. Restart first;
2 click start, and then click run. Type regedit in the box that opens, and then click ok to launch the registry editor.
3 find it in the registry editor and click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
In the right pane of the registry editor, double-click the PendingFileRenameOperations registry key to delete the contents and confirm.
Run setup again and it will be ready in a minute
