win2003+IIS server running ASP+ACCESS very slow solution

The author installed the server again today, installed win2003+IIS, and ran ASP+ACCESS on it. Once installed, browsing the HTML page is very fast and satisfying :) but running ASP is insanely slow, even if it only runs

So, the author looked for a friend who works in the machine room to ask, the result, only used 1 minute to be done, really exultation. However, you can't just enjoy good things by yourself.
The solution is as follows:
Open IIS, application pool - > DefaultAppPool - > Property - > Recycle process - 1, 740 minutes is too long, just 30 minutes.
