After a lot of searching on the Internet, the easiest way to do this is to create a database with the same name as the original one in the new database, and then copy the.frm file into OK.

However, sometimes this will not work, when the query will appear such and such table does not exist, in the case of confirming the integrity of the.frm, db.opt file, then this table should use the innodb table engine, should be the data directory innodb data file (default ibdata1) also 1 and copy over. Just restart the MySql service.
