python Instance Method for Establishing web Service

1. Description

(1) Sometimes we need a quick and easy way to set up an RPC service. Just let the program B call the program A.

(2) We don't need to know any technology about this point, but we only need something as simple as that. We can use a protocol (the corresponding Python library implements SimpleXMLRPCServer) to handle this.
