Indexing problems sometimes occur, showing scanning files to index

Solution:

in pycharm, go to the "File" on the left top, then select "invalidate caches/restart...", and press "invalidate and restart".

Then wait for it to restart itself, and it will be indexing by itself, and it will be ready in about 5 minutes.
