Problem

Note: Do not choose a server with GUI as your basic environment. There is a known problem that will prevent the graphical desktop from starting. 
 
ChooseWorkstationon the left underBase Environment 

Then, chooseContainer Management, Development Tools, and Graphical Admin Tools. 

Select the 2nd generation when creating VM, and the white screen prompts to restart after booting. 

This will set the security boot to the UEFI certificate issued by Microsoft after VM is shut down. 

Finally, why am I so slow to download OS from REHL? . . . . .
