Detailed Laravel5.5 Solution to empty table when executing table migration command

Today, when using a third-party package laravel-admin, there was such an error: SQLSTATE [42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1103 Incorrect table name ''. After tossing for a long time, I finally knew the solution. It turned out that the cache of configuration file was not cleaned.
