PHP imagecreatefrombmp creates a new image from the BMP file or URL

Everyone knows that the php GD library makes it easy to create 1 image from URL. GD has imagecreatefromjpeg(), imagecreatefromPNG()... FUNCTION can sometimes cut BMP images from URL, but what is hateful is that GD2 does not have imageCreateFromBMP(), although it has imagecreatefromWBMP(), it is still far away!
This can be easily solved with FUNCTION below
