win7 Installation oracle10g prompts for an unknown error with program abnormally terminated

oracle 10g is installed under win7. Select the advanced option and prompt the program to abort and an unknown error occurs

Modify Oracle 10 G \ database \ stage \ prereq \ db \ refhost xml

Solution: Right click on setup, property - > Compatibility - > Run the program windows xp (service pack 3) in compatibility mode, and run the installation as administrator.

Then, after em, the interface came out, but one error was reported:
java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null
Many functions are not available, prompt to login again.

The default of agentTZRegion is GMT, which can be changed to your time zone, for example:
