When MySQL is not available after installation how to resolve it

It seems that I have installed MYSQL before without manually starting the service, and I have forgotten the details, but the one I installed for the company last time is to manually install the service. If THE mysql just installed does not work, it may be that the service has not been installed, please check it carefully.

Look at the 1 parameters that mysql command line client performs by default. Method: Start - > All programs - > MySQL- > MySQL Server5.5- > MySQL5.5 command line client, right-click attribute. I mainly looked at my.ini, which was not available when I installed it at that time. The file my-ES27en.ini was renamed to ES29en-ES30en.
If a table creates a foreign key, but it has no effect, the table may be of type InnoDB.
When you log in remotely, be aware that the permissions are ready
