Efficient mongodb's php paging class (skip is not used)

The mongodb pagination skip+limit pagination looks up all the results first and then skips, which makes it less efficient as the query page progresses.

If the last record of the results of each page can be found through the query conditions, the last record can be used as the query condition to check the next page, so that size records on the page can be checked every time, the efficiency will not be bad.
