Two solutions that windows apache could not start

Today, I suddenly found that my apache could not start. Some methods were queried. Say change port. But I used to use it.

Opens the service: services.msc
Start apache from the service. A success.

If you still can't start it. Back up the database for 1. Reinstall apache.
