C modifies an instance of the MAC address class

1. Update the MAC address

adds the MAC address to the key values in the registry

2. Reconnect to the Internet
  tried three methods:
ManagementClass offers Disable,Enable methods, but only supports Vista operating system
Shell. dll method, can be implemented, but it is very annoying to deal with, in addition, when reconnecting, the "startup" prompt box is displayed, which is not friendly.
The Disconnect and Connect methods of NetSharingManagerClass can be implemented, but there is a problem that the IP address will be updated again, which has obvious feeling and so on.
