Installation. NET Framework Solution with Staggered Progress Bar of Recommendation

VS needs to be installed before it can be installed. NET Framework, I installed version 4.0. However, the installation progress bar is stuck when it reaches about one and a half. Retry back and forth many times, and reboot several times, but it didn't work.

At first, I thought there was something wrong with the installed system. Later, I asked for help online, and finally found a solution after several attempts. Write it down here for later use. The following are the main operation steps:

1. Need to close the update service of the system: the shortcut key Win+R opens the service panel, enters "services. msc" to open the service management, finds the "Windows Update" option, and right-clicks "Stop";

2. Open the dos command line with administrator privileges and enter the following command: net stop WuAUServ to stop the update service;

3. Open the system directory (C:\\ Windows\ System32, or Win+R enter "% windir%"), find the "Software Distribution" folder, and rename it to "SDold";

4. Reopen the "Windows Update" service;

5. Reinstall. NET Framework.
