Difference between page codes codepage=936 and 65001

This is the code used to represent the web page, such as

< %@ codepage=950% > Traditional Chinese
< %@ codepage=65001% > UTF-8
1 is typically used on the first line of a Web page, for example
< %@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="936"% >
